The Instagram Editing and the Meta AI app can now transform your video into a marble sculpture or repair your clothes in minutes. Both platforms have announced new video editing tools with meta AI that allow you to edit short form videos using preset text prompts.
In a new newsroom post, Meta AI announced new AI video editing capabilities. You can edit a 10-second video using either 50 preset prompts To change your clothes, location, or art style. For example, you can imagine yourself as an “illustration from a vintage comic book.” This tool also allows you to change the lighting to change the futuristic effect, or change bright, sunny days to rainy days.
Once done, you can share it on Facebook, Instagram, or on Meta AI Discovery Feed. However, it is currently Available only in the USthere's no words on the wide rollout yet.
According to Meta, “Inspired by our film Gen Models, this new feature is just the first step towards the goal of bringing AI video generation and editing across apps and products. Instagram head Adam Mosseri also shared the reel video and talked about the same feature. It is called Restyle, an editing app. He further stated that the feature could also give way to Instagram. Therefore, you can easily change the reel style from the app itself.
