On Wednesday, the Cybercrime division of the Odisha Crime Branch arrested the man for uploading a transformed video of Prime Minister Odisha Mohammaj's AI generated doctors and an official said.
The crime department team has arrested a man identified as Kishore Kausalya, who works for a construction company in the Rayagada area.

The Crime Division was caught in action following complaints filed in this regard. The morphed, offensive video was distributed by the accused on Facebook, targeting Prime Minister Odisha.
The video shared from the Facebook page is said to have depicted the prime minister indecently. The complainant alleged that the video had become a doctor and went viral with the intentional intention of slandering the commercial and damaging his image to the public's eyes. It also hindered the dignity of women, the Crime Division said in a statement.
After confirming the truth behind the allegations, the investigators discovered that the video was fake and had changed.
Meanwhile, M/S Meta Platform (Facebook) has been requested to remove unwanted content. Further investigations have identified Facebook account users as natives in the Rayagada area.
The accused, booked in multiple criminal divisions, were transferred to the court of the magistrate of Bhubaneswar Sub-Division, and he was remanded to judicial custody.
In a harsh warning, the Crime Division said strict legal action will be taken against individuals indulging in such illegal activities. Officials in the Crime sector are being asked to be aware of the content they post or share on social media.
