L&T Technology Services (LTTS), a digital engineering and research and development company, has announced a partnership with SymphonyAI, a provider of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) services. The collaboration aims to integrate AI-driven solutions through SymphonyAI's Apex Service Management platform and Apex Enterprise Copilot to enhance enterprise operations globally.

The partnership is expected to improve productivity, streamline workflows and create better experiences for end-users, analysts and executives. Leveraging SymphonyAI's predictive and generative AI-based IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform, the solution is designed to meet the evolving needs of modern enterprises.

The collaboration has already proven successful with a joint customer in the media industry deploying the AI-based Apex service management platform to support high-quality media experiences across linear, on-demand and OTT services. The customer benefits from LTTS expertise, ease of deployment, low total cost of ownership (TCO) and seamless API-based integrations offered by the Apex IT service management system. SymphonyAI's platform enables responsive and efficient enterprise systems management, accelerating service delivery and reducing resolution times by up to 50% using GenAI.

Earlier in March, LTTS launched a global initiative to scale up the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across industries. As part of this effort, the company plans to train 1,000 engineers in generative AI using Nvidia technology over the next three years.
