By partnering with Microsoft, LG CNS will also expand its generative AI business based on data analytics and machine learning technology. Any AI technology that generates text or images or creates human voices is considered generative AI.

As part of the plan, LG CNS will gather AI and cloud experts to form a team dedicated to developing AI services. LG CNS will be responsible for developing services such as AI contact centers and chatbots that specialize in specific areas of knowledge and information, while Microsoft will provide advice and technical support.

LG CNS and Microsoft will also explore new AI business opportunities among customers in various fields such as manufacturing, finance, distribution, e-commerce, and video games, and consult with customers to identify business targets and scenarios for AI applications. I plan to.
