Salesforce’s internal organizational chart viewed by Business Insider shows 10 executives who helped CEO Marc Benioff lead the company at a critical time.
Salesforce, like many software companies, is under pressure as generative AI threatens to upend its business model. The company is rushing to add AI agents to its products as a defensive measure.
Salesforce appointed new leaders in a leadership shakeup earlier this year. Five high-profile leaders who had announced their departures since December have been replaced by new executives, people familiar with the changes said.
The change comes as the company’s new fiscal year begins on February 1st.

Robin Washington, President and Chief Operating Financial Officer

Salesforce hired Mr. Washington in March 2025 in a new role overseeing company-wide operations and financial strategy.
Mr. Washington has served on Salesforce’s board since 2013, including its lead independent director, and previously served as chief financial officer of biopharmaceutical company Gilead Sciences.
Washington effectively replaced two executive officers. Former President and Chief Operating Officer Brian Milham retired in May 2025. Former Chief Financial Officer Amy Weaver also retired in May 2025.

A co-founder of Salesforce, Harris sets the company’s long-term technology vision as chief technology officer and leads Slack’s engineering team as CTO of its key businesses.
Sabastian Niles, President and Chief Legal Officer

Niles runs Salesforce’s global legal and corporate affairs organization, advising leaders on regulatory, risk, and governance matters. He joins the company in 2023 from Wachtell Lipton, where he plays a key role in steering AI policy and global compliance.
Srinivas Tallapragada, President, Chief Engineering and Customer Success Officer

Tallapragada will lead engineering and customer success and oversee the technical backbone of the Salesforce platform. He is responsible for expanding our infrastructure and integrating AI across our products. Mr. Tallapragada has worked at Salesforce since 2012 and previously worked at Oracle and SAP.
Miguel Milano, President and Chief Revenue Officer

Milano is responsible for worldwide sales and distribution of Salesforce products and services. He rejoined Salesforce in this role in 2023 after several years at data company Celonis. Previously, Milano ran Salesforce’s international sales organization.
Steve Fisher, President and Chief Product Officer

Fisher has led Salesforce’s product strategy since June 2025, including the company’s biggest bets: data management platform Data 360 and AI agent platform Agentforce. He spent 10 years at Salesforce before rejoining in 2021.
David Schmeyer, President and Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Schmeyer is responsible for Salesforce’s strategic priorities, including M&A, venture capital, market strategy, and monetization. He previously served as Chief Product Officer and joined the company in 2021. Acquired Vlocity for $1.3 billioncreate software for a specific industry.
Kendall Collins, GovCloud President and CEO

Collins operates Salesforce’s Government Cloud, a portfolio of products for governments around the world. He previously served as the company’s chief business officer and Benioff’s chief of staff.
David Ward, President and Chief Architect
Dave Ward is Salesforce’s new chief architect. He joined in January from Lumen Technologies, where he was chief technology officer.
Jason Yau, Chief Business Officer and Chief of Staff
Yau has served as Salesforce’s chief business officer and Benioff’s chief of staff since July 2025, leading the CEO’s office. He joined Salesforce in 2024 as Senior Vice President and Office Architect.
