Kochi: Intergrow Brands, home to Kerala's famous spice brand Kitchen Treasures, is transforming its sales strategy with the power of artificial intelligence (AI). In partnership with AI consultancy Datadivr, Intergrow is enhancing its customer reach and business growth.
The food industry in India is expected to reach $220 billion by 2025. “This growth presents a great opportunity for Intergrow to expand its market share. However, identifying the most promising outlets and creating awareness for our products amidst their busy schedules has been a challenge,” said Ashok Mani, CEO, Intergrow Brands.
Datadivr developed and trained machine learning models, combined with Intergrow's business expertise, to optimize travel routes and recommend lesser known products to sales teams across Kerala, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and productivity.
