new delhi [India]January 8: K Sera Sera Virtual Studio, India's premier virtual production facility, announces the completion of the world's first music video shot entirely within an AI-integrated virtual studio, ushering in a new era in Indian entertainment. This project marks a defining moment in music video production, combining creativity, technology and cost efficiency on an unprecedented scale.
Directed by renowned filmmaker Ramji Gulati, the music video features popular actor Rohan Mehra and debutant Hiya and its launch is one of the most anticipated releases of the season. A music video will also be released soon.
What really sets this project apart is that it runs entirely within K Sera Sera Virtual Studio’s advanced LED volumetric ecosystem, leveraging AI-driven environment creation and real-time rendering. From the Dubai skyline to London Bridge and other premier international locations, all visual elements are created and controlled digitally in the studio. No outdoor filming, no international travel, no logistics delays.
With a clear filmmaker-first vision, Satish Panchariya, Chairman of K Sera Sera, has played a pivotal role in introducing and expanding virtual production in India. Anticipating the limitations of traditional green screen setups and the increasing complexity of physical filming, he focused on building an integrated production ecosystem that marries advanced LED wall technology with AI-integrated virtual environments. These LED walls provide real-time, high-resolution digital locations that generate natural light and reflections on set, and AI enables intelligent environment creation, live adjustments, and seamless scene transitions during filming. The combination of technology and practicality has made high-end global visuals more cost-effective for producers and much more freeing for directors, allowing them to make instant creative decisions within controlled budgets and timelines. His approach positions virtual production not as a concept of the future, but as a practical, scalable solution that reshapes the way stories are written in India today.
This approach offers significant advantages for growers. Virtual production significantly reduces costs associated with location permitting, travel, staff movement, weather disruptions, and extended post-production timelines. Directors and producers can visualize scenes live on set, make instant creative changes, and achieve final-quality visuals directly on camera, giving them greater creative control while saving both time and budget.
For Hiya, this project marks a strong and forward-looking debut. Her performance unfolds across a visually rich global environment, displaying her screen presence in a technologically immersive setting that reflects the evolving language of contemporary storytelling.
Hiya displayed strong self-awareness and a clear identity from an early age, developing into a confident, articulate, and thoughtful person who brings both presence and purpose to the screen. Her interdisciplinary academic work reflects this forward thinking. Starting with a background in science, she studied fashion styling and marketing at the Style Coaching Institute in London, qualified as a nutritionist at the Clean Health and Fitness Institute in Australia, and is currently studying business strategy at Harvard Business School. This rare combination of creativity, technical understanding, health awareness, and strategic thinking makes her a natural fit for highly virtual environments, positioning her for the future of AI-integrated, technology-driven entertainment.
Sharing her experience, Hiya said, “Working in a virtual studio was truly surreal. I could travel from one part of the world to Dubai, London and beyond in a matter of minutes without ever leaving the set. It completely changed the way I experience performance and storytelling. K Sera Sera Virtual Studio for providing this platform and Satish Panchariya for believing in the power of new talent and technology. I am very grateful to him. This project was a great learning experience and a great experience.” This is the beginning of my unforgettable journey. ”
K Sera Sera Virtual Studio's AI-integrated infrastructure allows lighting, reflections, depth, and ambience to react naturally to the performance, creating a realism that cannot be recreated with traditional green screen setups. The result is a movie-grade output with faster turnaround times and significantly reduced production risk.
This music video is not just a creative milestone, but also a proof of concept for how music videos, commercials, OTT content and films can be produced smarter, faster and more economically in India. By delivering global visuals at controlled costs, K Sera Sera Virtual Studio is redefining production standards and positioning India as a full-fledged global hub for virtual filmmaking.
As the industry waits for music video releases, this project is a groundbreaking achievement, showcasing promising newcomers, collaborating with established talent, and most importantly, demonstrating how AI-powered virtual production is shaping the future of visual entertainment.
