Tehran (ANA) – Iranian engineers, a knowledge-based company operating in the field of natural language processing, have developed large-scale language models (LLMs) using artificial intelligence, and have developed Persian words that can process and analyze texts in Persian languages, especially those used in a variety of industries.
The company focuses on building artificial intelligence systems that process and analyze Persian texts for industrial applications.
“Our main focus is now on text processing and natural language processing (NLP), and we are looking to develop tools and products suitable for Persian language,” says Mohammad Baqer Sajjadi, managing director of the knowledge-based company.
“Among our customers is the National Artificial Intelligence Platform, which we plan to offer large-scale language models (LLMs) especially for the industry,” he added.
“From the beginning, our main goal was to develop natural language processing for Persian language. We also tried to create integrated tools in the field of Persian NLP, which can be used in industry, academia and other fields. Fortunately, this goal has been achieved,” Sajjadi said.
In the related development in July, an Iranian company stationed at the Elite Technology Incubator Centre in Iran's International Zone of Innovation also succeeded in designing and implementing the first comprehensive, native platform for the management of the construction and installation of industrial facilities.
“The PENDAR system is designed based on the PMBOK standard and covers four major phases of industrial projects. The system is designed with three operational layers: data collection, project processing and control, and artificial intelligence.”
He explained that the data collection layer could be digitized for all executive processes and field inspections, as well as real-time documentation by inspectors using dedicated mobile applications.
“The Project Processing and Control Layer allows for the processing and integration of data in WBS structures that can be automatically generated for project control documents,” added Salehi.
He elaborated on the AI layer of the system, saying, “This layer is a real-time analysis of project data using specialized modules such as risk management, human resources, logistics, contracts, and more. These modules are developed based on a large-scale language model (LLM) and enjoy the capabilities to enjoy verbally and in writing in dialogue with the project manager.”
