- “Catch Me Up” This allows users to instantly catch up on missed interactions, including meetings, calls, chats, and more.
- Intelligent meetings overview Indicates key points and action items. Users can opt-in to automatically generate the most important elements of their Webex meetings, extract key takeaways, and capture action items with their owners. This saves significant time for attendees and those unable to attend the meeting, eliminating the need to listen to the recording or read the transcript.
- Videocast overview, The company’s video messaging tool. This feature generates highlights and chapters so your viewers can quickly navigate to the most important parts of your video.

It enables agents to quickly and automatically consume long texts from digital chats with customers, facilitating post-call wrap-up and resolution with customers. For example, if a customer is escalated to a call with a human agent, the customer expects that agent to be informed and not have to repeat the complaint. Chat summaries provide agents with a clear overview of problems and solutions already investigated in self-service, and give both agents and customers a call summary after the call ends.

The SOC Assistant provides analysts with comprehensive situational analysis, correlating information across Cisco Security Cloud platform solutions, communicating potential impact, and providing recommended actions. Significantly reduce the time SOC teams need to respond to potential threats.
Cisco will preview generative AI solutions for Webex and Security Cloud on stage at Cisco LIVE 2023. Webex Summaries, Policy Management, and SOC Assistant Summaries will be available by the end of 2023. Additional SOC Assistant features will be available early on. 2024 calendar.
