Located 80 miles from Astoria, New York, Matituck is a quiet summer enclave that attracts Greek Americans who crave the taste of their hometown. The town hibernates from late autumn to spring, but its heartbeat passes through churches, schools and local libraries, hosting community events.

An extraordinary cultural event unfolded on Sunday, April 21st, between 12pm and 2pm, in the transformation of the Greek Orthodox Church of Mattituck, Breakwater Road in 1950. Respected international scholars and experts were convened to analyse the essence of artificial intelligence (AI) in the book “Virtual Nightmare” by Ambassador Kalambrezos of Dionyssios. Notable speakers include Dr. Nicholas Alexiu, Dr. George C. Georkos, Dr. Alexander Gracies and Ambassador Karamburesos. The event was moderated by Marika Andreola Pereos and Nick Pereos, president of the Hellenic American Taxpayers & Citizens Association (hatcast).

Subsequently, the Parish Council President Anna Frossos, Pastor Andrew Cudiw, and the Hellenic American Taxpayers and the Civic Association of Southern Township (hatcast) were sponsored gene-free. Together, the Transformation Church and Hatcast etched history by bringing together major international experts in Matthituck. Chris Shaskin, secretary of the Matthituck Park district, represented the local town.

Ambassador Dionysios Dr. Kalamburesos provided insights into the European Union, the United Nations and the Greek government. Originally from Zakkinsos, he holds a law degree and is a deputy permanent representative of Greece. His diplomatic career intertwined with literature, and he wrote numerous books, articles and papers.

The book Virtual Nightmare unfolds in a futuristic New York, where artificial intelligence, digitalization, cyberattacks and immigration dominate the landscape. Against the backdrop of the pandemic, conflict and energy crisis, the story navigates the establishment of a new era of security and prosperity. The heart of the storyline involves strangers creating virtual realms and drawing unsuspecting internet users into the web of conspiracy. As the plot grows deeper, government officials, researchers, activists, and mysterious women get caught up in stories that evolve in both the real and virtual worlds.

Scholars have unraveled the fundamental importance of AI, its operational dynamics, and the risks of technical stolen in business. Once AI is infiltrated into the workplace, proper employee training becomes essential. It is essential to form a policy that protects customer relationships and sensitive information.

Companies use AI for marketing, customer communication and problem solving. Its ubiquitousness calls for universal adoption, making AI advisors essential. Despite its potential for transformation, AI poses challenges such as the proliferation of fake content and the risks of cybersecurity. However, its effectiveness in problem solving, cost reduction, and data interpretation cannot be denied.

Under the auspices of respected institutions such as the Byzantine and the Centre for Contemporary Greek Studies at Kny College, the event marked the historical convergence of intelligence in the transformation of the Christian Greek Orthodox church in Mattituck, Long Island.
