Along with the video, leads will receive a full window sticker, CARFAX report, 360-degree vehicle walkaround, feature highlights, and payment calculator.

AI also records all customer interactions and passes them on to sales reps to close the sale.
What we’re seeing: Muilenburg said that in early implementations of the technology, the likelihood of showing up at a dealership if a customer opened a video link dramatically increased.
“This was clearly a leading indicator that this was a serious outcome for our dealers, and our customers appreciate that, because when you know who’s serious, you know where to put your energy,” Muilenburg said.
