Hoboken, New Jersey, May 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — (NASDAQ: HOTH) (“Hoth” or the “Company”) announced today that it intends to change its name to Rocket One, Inc. (“Rocket One”) and restructure its business to pursue opportunities in artificial intelligence infrastructure, next-generation semiconductor technology, and ultra-low-power AI computing through a recently formed wholly owned subsidiary.

Under our soon-to-be rebranded Rocket One, Inc. and newly acquired license, we will enter the growing AI semiconductor market. AI semiconductor acceleration Technology based on non-volatile nanomagnetic semiconductor architecture and spintronics computing technology developed at Virginia Commonwealth University (“VCU”) to address one of the biggest challenges facing artificial intelligence today: power consumption and computing efficiency.
