Restrictions in Europe
Not all features start everywhere at the same time. At launch, non-AI-generated video editing will not be available in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom. This restriction also applies to the US states of Texas and Illinois. This is likely due to local regulations regarding biometric data and AI-generated content. Google has not yet announced when this feature will roll out in these regions.
