Let's talk about AI. Investors are very excited. How does your company use that technology?

Yes, so there are two main ways. First of all, AI has been used for a long time in cybersecurity. There are two main ways to use it at the backend or platform core to understand all the data you are ingesting. So, for example, our business is consumed somewhere in the neighborhood of 9 trillion security events a week. But our average customer is just really acting and we're going to call it a two-three alert a week. And in reality, the magic between these two numbers is everything through AI automation and AI. Now it's not really facing customers. That's a lot of what's happening in the backend. The second way to take advantage of it is through LLMS or your own end users. So, for example, there is a product called Cypher. I'm an AI assistant. And effectively, what end customers can do is understand the data that is passing through the platform so that they can take action within the environment or do something within the business.

And we talked about how you use AI. How do bad guys use it?

01:01 Nick

Yes, it seems like the easiest thing to really wrap your head around is a fishing campaign, right? So, it was pointing out whether you were an individual and you were paying attention to whether you were paying attention to the fact that fishing campaigns were in fact a very easy world. Now they're pretty sophisticated, right? That's why emails are really well written. They use a very well-drawn logo. For example, for I, a header to use in emails that you send, like that. So they're really refined by leveraging AI, and they know that you know and use AI in large quantities to do it to thousands of people at once, rather than trying to do it in a fragmented way.

When you talk about the bad guys, Nick, who are we talking with wide strokes?

01:49 Nick

Yeah. Yes, I received this question today. So, um, in general, they're in a group of very bad actors, generally speaking. I think that's where we see a large part of our activity. So these are actually organisations of a particular country, or the current advent of AI allows individuals to do this from their homes. Well, you can also see it in certain industries that are related to states, like the nation, right? Therefore, if you are in a critical infrastructure, you will also see nation-state activity, if it is important to an organization that is interesting to the nation or state.
