Families explored the world of artificial intelligence with hands-on workshops.
Code Ninjas in High Wycombe has opened its doors to free AI and machine learning family workshops, giving parents and children the chance to explore the fast-growing field of technology together.
Robin Theakston, co-owner of Code Ninjas High Wycombe, said:
“AI is changing the world faster than ever before, and this was a great way for families to learn about it together.
“We want to show that learning about AI doesn’t have to be scary.
“It can be exciting, stimulating and full of creativity.”
The interactive event covered a range of everyday AI applications, from voice assistants and image recognition to creative coding using AI tools.
“AI is no longer the future, it's now a part of our lives,” said Charlie Gunn, co-owner of the center.
“This workshop was a great way to experience how creative and accessible technology can be for families.
“We hope this work will spark curiosity and give young people the confidence to explore the endless possibilities of coding and AI.”
Code Ninjas provides after-school and holiday programs for kids ages 5 to 14 that teach them to code by creating games, apps, and robotics projects.
