Kawasaki, Japan, June 19, 2025 – (JCN Newswire) – Fujitsu Limited today announced the development of new technology that will enable AI avatars to run presentations and handle viewer questions. Fujitsu's AI Service Mt. Fuji, a core component of Fujishima, Fujitsu's AI service, automatically generates and executes presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint presentation data, providing answers to viewer questions based on materials pre-integrated into the searched high-end generation (RAG) process. Starting June 19, 2025, Fujitsu will begin offering a testing environment on the Fujitsu Research Portal to help corporate customers try out their technology.
Headwaters Co., Ltd, AI Solutions Company. Through joint development with the company, this technology will also be provided as the Microsoft 365 Copilot AI agent, Fujitsu AI Auto Presence. Fujitsu will use in-company technology from the second quarter of 2025 and will begin offering it to customers around the world in the third quarter. Users can create AI avatars using their own likeness and voice, allowing them to automatically generate presentations in over 30 languages. Future Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation will be available directly from the Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.

1. Autonomous slide transitions with time allocation (international patent pending)
Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation Generates presentation text based on each slide and time limit order and changing the slide at the appropriate time.
2. Customizable presentation content generation
With speech recognition, large-scale language models (LLM), and speech synthesis technology, the content presented by AI avatars can be controlled on a per-slide basis by entering a prompt. It offers a variety of customizations, including automated text, fixed text, insertion of specified text, and controlling writing styles.
