IT services company Capgemini said in a release that it has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud to expand its existing strategic data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) suite and establish a center of excellence (CoE) for generative AI. announced.

Capgemini Chief Executive Ayman Ezzat said in a statement that the partnership aims to build AI capabilities to help customers on their digital transformation journey.

“We have dozens of industry-specific use cases and accelerators to help our clients on their digitization and sustainable transformation journey,” he said.

Capgemini also plans to build a Center of Excellence for Generative AI. “With his new Generative AI Google Cloud Center of Excellence, we will leverage our strengths in business transformation, infrastructure, applications, data, AI and engineering,” said the CEO.

In a release, the company said Capgemini will help its CoE build enterprise-ready use cases, solve industry-specific challenges and improve business processes. He added that the first 100 use cases will focus on the financial services, insurance, retail and automotive sectors. In the future, we plan to expand these use cases. The company added that the move is expected to generate new revenue streams and improve overall operational efficiency.

Other big IT companies such as TCS, Infosys and Wipro have also expanded their partnerships with Google Cloud in recent months to expand their generative AI suites.
