Closer inspection reveals multiple artifacts that are strongly suggestive of AI. For example, the scooter’s rear wheel initially comes off, but after a few seconds it appears to still be attached to the vehicle body.

However, when the man dumped his broken scooter into the hole, the rear wheel either shrunk dramatically or disappeared again.

Even though the street lights had already turned green when the man’s scooter fell over, the person in the background appeared to be sitting backwards on the scooter, waiting for the scene to unfold in the middle of the traffic jam.
