Earlier this year, we had ambitious plans to integrate AI across our diverse portfolio of businesses, including student migration services in Australia, gyms, and flour mills in Pakistan. We envisioned that AI would streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and optimize data management in each of these sectors.
By the middle of this year, we are pleased to see significant progress. In our student relocation services, AI-powered chatbots have transformed customer interactions, providing 24/7 support and efficiently handling routine inquiries. Moreover, AI-driven data analysis has enabled us to customize services to meet individual customer needs, improving satisfaction and outcomes.
In our gym, AI helps customize fitness plans and track members' progress, improving the overall customer experience. In our flour mill, AI has optimized supply chain management and quality control processes, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
Overall, the integration of AI has not only met but exceeded expectations across all three businesses. This technological advancement has improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, positioning us as a leader in our respective industries. Moving forward, we remain committed to pursuing further AI innovations to stay competitive.

As a small client service business, we were cautious about our expectations regarding AI integration. Our goal was to increase operational efficiency without compromising our personalized service approach. We wanted to enhance the way we work, not replace our operating model.
Initially, our focus was on supporting activities like administration, marketing, reporting, etc. By leveraging AI within our existing suite of software and tools, our small team can have more time to focus on adding value to the services we provide to our clients.
As with any change, we encountered small hurdles, such as the learning curve associated with new technology and ensuring seamless integration with existing processes. But with time, patience, and an open mind, these challenges are manageable and have successfully moved our team from outcomes to strategy in many areas.

As we entered 2024, we knew that integrating AI more deeply into our day-to-day operations would create opportunities to improve customer experience, automate support, and make faster, more informed, data-driven decisions.
We expected that AI would enable us to automate repetitive, mundane tasks while also providing personalized customer support interactions.
We're pleased to say that AI has proven to be the ultimate companion, rather than replacing the human touch. AI has empowered our team to thrive where they are needed most – giving them more time to work on big ticket items rather than being bogged down in tedious entry-level support. Our AI-driven customer support now resolves 50% of support chats, reducing response times and improving customer satisfaction. We've achieved many of our goals, and as we continue to enhance our AI capabilities, we'll unlock even more value for our customers.
Overall, AI aligned well with our initial expectations and strategic vision and has proven to be a transformative asset.

I've been very hesitant to use AI in the past, but that being said, ChatGPT is great for getting ideas for articles and programs I write. Recently, through ChatGPT, I've discovered a whole new world of possibilities for AI that I can use with my clients.
I asked ChatGPT about the beneficial uses of wearable technology among their older clients and quickly discovered that many of their savvy older clients are already wearing AI-powered devices.
This encourages them to take classes with me and then follow up on their own. Wearing these systems also allows me to monitor movement patterns, predict potential injuries, and modify exercises to ensure a safe and sustainable fitness and wellness program. They also monitor vital signs so I can make informed decisions about the type and intensity of exercise and recovery needs. These AI applications allow me to provide a more personalized, effective, and holistic fitness and wellness experience, especially in my main focus of women's health, healthy aging, and hormonal changes. This awareness will improve both their physical and mental health as 2024 progresses.
