Paris and New York, July 10, 2025 -Elior Group and IBM announce the association to create an “Agent AI & Data Factory” that will help Elior Group innovate, digital transformation and improve operational performance.

The collaboration represents a major advance in innovation and digitalization at Elior Group, a global leader in contract catering and services for businesses and local governments.

The purpose of this collaboration is to use IBM's full-service portfolio and leverage IBM's data and AI expertise to help improve Elior Group's operations process and deliver innovative solutions to Elior customers. IBM provides expertise in setting up AI agents and can autonomously process and analyze large amounts of data to optimize the performance of various business units in Elior Group.

An important aspect of this collaboration is the creation of Agent AI & Data Factory, a centralized platform for managing and coordinating AI agents deployed in Elior Group countries and business units. The platform is designed to be flexible and scalable to adapt to the specific needs of each entity and integrate with existing systems.
