Riyadh: The Royal Commission, which Jazan city represents for its major and downstream industries, concluded its five-day marketing tour in Russia, aimed to attract investment and building partnerships, the Saudi Arabian news agency reported.
The Saudi Arabian delegation led by JCPDI CEO Hussain Fadhli met with major Russian companies and introduced the city's infrastructure, incentives and competitive advantages.
Fadhli told the SPA that the tour strengthened the committee's commitment to empowering foreign investors and promoting strategic cooperation in line with Saudi Arabia Vision 2030.
During the visit, JCPDI signed a memorandum of understanding with Business Russia to explore opportunities for petrochemicals, downstream industries, metals, and logistics and human capital development.
The committee also participated in the World Food Expo 2025 under the Investment Saudi Arabia flag. Fadri highlighted the potential role of Jazan Port as Jazan's economic zone and trade gateway.
