The Cisco 360 Partner Program provides partners with clearer, more predictable revenue while helping them deliver value to their customers.

Cisco announced the launch of the Cisco 360 Partner Program after 15 months of co-design with partners. The program is designed to enhance collaboration across the Cisco ecosystem and enable developers, consultants, managed service providers, resellers, and other types of partners to improve customer outcomes with AI-enabled data centers, future-proof workplaces, and digital resilience. This reflects Cisco’s strategy to simplify partner engagement while meeting evolving customer needs in the AI era.

The Cisco 360 Partner Program provides partners with clearer, more predictable revenue while helping them deliver value to their customers. A key feature of this program is the Cisco Partner Locator tool. This helps customers find the right partner across Cisco’s portfolio, including security, networking, collaboration, services, Splunk, cloud and AI infrastructure.

The program also recognizes partner expertise and rewards value creation across the customer lifecycle. Partners can provide secure, agile solutions to support your digital transformation, with structured incentives and resources designed to align with your business priorities.

Key components of the Cisco 360 Partner Program include Cisco Partner Incentives (CPI), which streamlines past incentive structures and supports partners’ growth plans by aligning sales focus with Cisco’s roadmap. The new partner designation makes it easier for customers to identify partners with the right capabilities. Cisco Portfolio Partners demonstrate technical proficiency and strong customer engagement, while Cisco Preferred Partners offer advanced skills and the ability to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

Other resources available to partners include the Partner Value Index (PVI) to measure value and profitability, the Distributor Development Fund to support alignment and enablement, and the upgraded Cisco AI Assistant within the Partner Experience Platform to enable smarter, more efficient operations. Temporary CPI bonuses for Secure Networking and Secure AI Infrastructure specializations are available through July 2026.

The Cisco 360 Partner Program represents an evolution of Cisco’s partner ecosystem, focusing on structured data, operational clarity, and collaboration to help partners better serve customers and seize opportunities in the growing AI-driven technology landscape.
