In a world where artificial intelligence is reshaping every industry, business leaders are faced with a pressing question: How do you keep moving forward without interrupting your career? To address this challenge, Chicago Booth and MasterClass launched MasterClass Executive, the first business school experience for the AI era, built in collaboration with OpenAI.
The new program aims to equip participants with the skills they need to stand out and lead in today’s rapidly evolving AI era. The innovative, first-of-its-kind certification program leverages AI to deliver personalized education through a self-paced, 12-week program. The first cohort will begin in early summer 2026.
Several Chicago Booth faculty members will lend their expertise to Masterclass Executive. Sanjog Misra Focus on the intersection of AI and decision making. “I’m excited to be a part of this program because it creates an opportunity to engage leaders in one of the most important changes impacting business today. We really need to have thoughtful conversations about how AI will transform decision-making, organizations, and strategy,” said Misra, Charles H. Kellstadt Distinguished Professor of Marketing and Applied AI and dean of the Center for Applied Artificial Intelligence. “We will focus on specific examples of how AI can deliver tangible value, but also more strategic topics about the role AI plays in reconfiguring and creating new decision-making environments.”
Attendees will participate in AI-native learning experiences, including live labs where AI experts will teach you how to apply artificial intelligence to financial decisions, growth strategies, and other business challenges. You will also explicitly learn the people skills needed to succeed in business, such as negotiation, persuasion, and the ability to lead a team through change.
