historically accurate, “Ville Fortis” It's a journey to another time. He has two songs about Vlad, and his impressive 17-minute story about Napoleon. Minister Ax Further explanation:
“'Vlad the Impaler…Son of the Dragon' explores the rich history associated with the infamous tyrant and the mythology that permeates from it. “The Age of Napoleon…The Rise” was created over his five years and sets the stage for the rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This exciting study of the world that gave birth to the future emperor leaves us with his life as he became an artillery captain in the French Revolutionary Army. ”
“Ville Fortis” It was produced, mixed and mastered by Tyler Williams at Monolithic Productions, and the EP's cover artwork is an oil painting by drummer Bas von Bismarck, who also wrote most of the lyrics. Bassist and vocalist Nicholas Krauss writes most of the songs, with guitarist Steve MacLeod contributing key song elements as needed. The songs are then arranged together by the band.
Heavy metal fans, especially those interested in history and combat, will not be disappointed with this record. Recommended for fans of Megadeth, Manowar, and Judas Priest.
