Human Resources (HR) in AI (AI) refers to the application of AI technology to transform traditional HR functions and processes. This uses a combination of algorithms, machine learning models and intelligent systems to automate repetitive tasks, gain deeper insights from HR data, and support decision-making across the organization. These technologies also improve the employee experience by reducing friction and allowing HR professionals to focus on more creative or sensitive HR issues.

A survey by the IBM Institute for Business Value shows that only 20% of managers say HR owns future work strategies in their organizations. If HR does not own the future of work, who will ask the question? The technology is as HR initiative as IT concerns, with a promise to overturn the business environment.
