“Arista is seeing continued momentum on campus,” said Todd Nightingale, Arista President and Chief Operating Officer.

Arista Networks plans to introduce a series of new and updated products to its portfolio of networking, artificial intelligence, and durable platforms by the first quarter of 2026.
Todd Nightingale, president and chief operating officer of Arista, said in a statement that the new and updated products reflect the Santa Clara, Calif.-based cloud and AI networking vendor's continued campaign to apply AI principles through its extensible Eos operating system, NetDL integrated data lake, and autonomous virtual assistant Ava. This approach should help customers and partners tackle vendor silos, tool sprawl, and complexity.
“Arista is seeing continued momentum within the campus as customers realize the benefits of AI and a single, consistent network experience across all domains, including data center, cloud, campus, branch and enterprise WAN,” Nightingale said.

Arista Networks Product Updates
Part of Arista's cognitive campus-scale updates include Arista Virtual Ethernet Segment with Proxy Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) for wireless local area network (WLAN) mobility. According to the vendor, this incarnation of Arista Vespa is aimed at enabling customers to deploy large-scale mobility domains.
According to the vendor, Vespa should help customers and partners overcome scaling limitations from adding clients and connected devices. With Vespa, users can design Wi-Fi roaming domain networks with more than 500,000 clients, improve resiliency, and allocate sub-second failover.
Ava's enhancements enable users to better manage their campuses with an autonomous network. Ava is powered by Eos and serves as an open, programmable interface for AI agent and network interaction. AI agents also receive context to improve decision-making.
The new durable platform introduced by Arista is aimed at bringing more of the vendor's portfolio into industrial and outdoor environments.
The 710HXP-28TXH and 710HXP-20TNH offer a 20-port Din rail switch and a single rack unit (RU) 24-port switch. The platform can withstand extreme temperatures, vibration and shock. The vendor says it also supports Wi-Fi 7 access points, high-performance outdoor security cameras, and other devices.
Arista reported its latest quarterly results on November 4th. The vendor's revenue increased 4.7% sequentially and 28% year over year to approximately $2 billion. Net income under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) was $853 million.
Melius Research said in a November report that product revenue was lower than expected due to parts shortages and wait times from suppliers such as Broadcom, and inventories rose to $2.2 billion from $2.1 billion in the previous quarter.
But the good news is that there are signs that strong pent-up demand will continue to benefit the company and its ecosystem next year, the investment firm said. Approximately $7 billion in purchase commitments and inventory increased 23% sequentially.
The vendor said it expects revenue for the quarter to be between $2.3 billion and $2.4 billion, non-GAAP gross margin between 62% and 63%, and non-GAAP operating margin between 47% and 48%.
