Chatbots such as ChatGPT and Bing Chat are all the rage right now when discussing AI, but Amazon’s latest use of AI is a long way off. Called Dialogue Boost, it’s a new feature rolling out with Prime Video that will greatly improve the viewing experience for millions of people.

This AI-based approach provides targeted enhancement to the portion of the dialogue rather than holistically amplifying it in the center channel of your home theater system.As a result, Dialogue Boost works with Prime Video It can be enjoyed wherever the experience is available.”

There’s obviously a huge accessibility benefit here, but I think everyone will benefit. . Initially, Dialogue Boost is rolling out to select Amazon Originals such as Jack Ryan and The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, with other titles becoming available later this year.
