Amadeus has partnered with Microsoft to harness the power of generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) to simplify hoteliers' ability to search and understand business intelligence data using chatbot capabilities.

For today's busy hoteliers, fast and easy access to business intelligence insights to make confident, data-driven decisions is crucial. In response, Amadeus is embedding Gen AI in an innovative new chatbot in its Business Intelligence Suite, debuting on Agency360+.

Hoteliers can use Amadeus Advisor to enter complex data requests and receive quick answers in natural language.

Powered by Azure OpenAI services, the Amadeus Advisor chatbot will have access to comprehensive travel agency and corporate booking data available in Agency360+. Hoteliers can use the new chatbot, Amadeus Advisor, to input complex data requests and receive quick answers in natural language.

One of the benefits of applying Gen AI is that it can instantly gather granular level insights to speed up complex data analysis and help make more strategic business decisions. Whether a hotel revenue manager is looking for information on average daily rate (ADR), room nights, or revenue pipeline, the entire process is streamlined, eliminating the need for manual searches.

Solutions become accessible to less technical or data-savvy staff, who can enter searches via chatbots and apply the results to sales, marketing, operations and distribution strategies.
