Altimetrik and SLK Software Work together to Create a Powerhouse for AI First Engineering Services

Altimetrik, Pure-Play AI, Data and Digital Engineering Solutions Company, has announced the signing of a final agreement to acquire SLK Software (“SLK”), a global technology services company focused on providing AI, Intelligence Automation and Analytics Solutions. The acquisition further strengthens Altimetrik's end-to-end enablement services, expands customer reach and accelerating towards Altimetrik's goal of reaching $1 billion in annual revenue. The transaction is subject to customary closure conditions and is expected to close in the second half of 2025. Financial details have not been revealed.

This strategic acquisition will significantly scale Altimetrik's capabilities, bringing Altimetrik's AI-First Platform-Native Engineering Model and SLK's full technology services stack, further promoting a journey to modernizing its enterprise platform for its customers.
