AI Venture of former Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, fired by Elon Musk, has launched “Deep Research API”

In a social media post, Parag Agrawal, former CEO of Twitter (now known as X), announced that he has launched a new artificial intelligence (AI) venture named “Deep Research API” to take over ChatGpt in the World AI Development Race.

In the post, Agrawal said the initial goal of the venture was to “outperform” both human and all major models, including the open AI GPT-5. He also called two of the most difficult benchmarks to beat targets in the industry.

“We launched the Deep Research API, the first to surpass both all human and all major models, including GPT-5, in two of the most challenging benchmarks,” Agrawal said in a LinkedIn post.

The former Twitter boss also highlights that his company is bolstering millions of research tasks every day for already ambitious startups and public companies.

Parag Agrawal is the founder of Parallel Web Systems Inc., an AI startup based in Palo Alto, California, USA. He said the company “provides automation facilities that companies “use traditionally use to carry out human workflows beyond human level accuracy.”

“We already strengthen millions of research tasks every day, through ambitious startups and public companies,” Agrawal said in his post.

Who is Parag Agrawal?

Parag Agrawal is well-known in the industry for being CEO of social media giant Twitter. Elon Musk fired Agrawal after taking over the company in 2022.

Agrawal began his research career at Microsoft in 2006, and a few months later he moved to the same position on Yahoo. In 2009, he again went to Microsoft Corp. I've returned to. However, after a short run with the company, he joined US-based telecom giant AT&T.

In October 2011, Agrawal finally joined Twitter as a prominent software engineer, and after working for over six years, he became Global Giant's Chief Technology Officer.

After spending more than four years as the company's CTO, Parag Agrawal was promoted to the CEO role in November 2021.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Parag Agrawal was from Atomic Energy Central School in India and later completed his graduation from the Indian Institute of Technology.

In 2005, Agrawal completed his PhD in Philosophy in Computer Science from Stanford University in the United States.
