The AI Pragya initiative in Uttar Pradesh has held a training session at ITI Aliganj with the aim of training 100,000 people in AI by 2025 to improve their future job skills.
: A special training session based on the AI Pragya initiative of the Uttar Pradesh government was held at the Government ITI of Aliganj on Friday. The program, sponsored by the e-government centre in collaboration with 1M1B, aims to train 100,000 people with 100,000 artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies by the end of 2025.

Started by Prime Minister Yogiadityanath on May 9, AI Pragya is part of a wide range of initiatives to strengthen employment, education, agriculture, healthcare and governance through technology. A government order was issued on April 24th to implement the program statewide. Students expressed enthusiasm for a practical learning experience

The session was launched by Neha Jain, special secretary of IT and electronics, and state coordinator of the e-Governance Centre and ITI Principal Raj Kumar Yadav. Over 120 students participated in the session. This session covered topics such as AI fundamentals, cybersecurity, AI ethics, real-world use cases, and career opportunities.
Speaking at the event, Neha Jain said that AI Pragya will help young people develop future preparation skills and prepare them for work in AI, data science and related fields. She encouraged students to make the most of their training.
