Since launching RISE with SAP in January 2021, we have partnered with thousands of customers across industries and geographies to navigate their journey to cloud ERP. During this time, we have witnessed dramatic changes in the global business environment.

In response to these changes and valuable customer feedback, we have revamped our RISE with SAP offering to better serve our growing customer base.
Packages designed to suit every need
RISE with SAP continues to offer two key packages to help you transform your business at your own pace and timeline:
- RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, PremiumThis enhances SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, adding access to SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), capabilities for low-code application development, generative AI, CFO Suite, SAP Datasphere, and additional capabilities of SAP Business Network.
- RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Premium Plus: This expands the Premium edition to add advanced sustainability features, expanded access to generative AI capabilities, and CFO solutions.
AI for everyone
Notably, we are pleased to announce that all RISE with SAP customers will now have access to Joule, the recently announced AI copilot that is natively integrated into SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and will revolutionize the way users interact with SAP business systems.
Joule acts as a productivity tool that empowers every touchpoint and simplifies every task. AI Copilot enables natural language interactions to dramatically improve end-user experience. It generates insights based on business data, enriched with business context, and tailored to the end-user's role, improving outcomes for both end-users and the business. It quickly categorizes and contextualizes data from multiple systems to surface smarter insights. This democratization of AI capabilities is a game changer for businesses of all sizes.
AI has great potential to accelerate business processes and optimize decision making. We are constantly innovating to offer more AI-powered business processes that drive better outcomes for our customers. To give our customers a hands-on experience with AI-driven innovations, we are including SAP AI units for our Premium edition customers. These AI units allow our customers to get hands-on experience with advanced AI innovations already available, such as SAP Cash Application, SAP Business Integrity Screening, and SAP Field Service Management. In addition, we have many more AI innovations on our roadmap, including sales order fulfillment, transportation management, and business partner maintenance.
Data-driven decision making
Every business decision must be based on accurate and timely data. With this in mind, we are incorporating SAP Datasphere into the premium edition of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition to provide seamless access to mission-critical data from both ERP and third-party sources, dramatically increasing insights and supporting more informed decision-making across the organization.
Additionally, SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning is now part of the premium edition, enabling customers to leverage data across systems to enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Collaborate effectively with suppliers
SAP Business Network is now also included in the premium edition, enabling customers to create a networked ERP with supplier portal, which increases business value by simplifying spend compliance, improving cash flow, fostering closer supplier collaboration, and automating procurement and invoice transactions.
Personalized onboarding
To ensure a smooth transition to cloud ERP, we have introduced built-in onboarding activities in all RISE with SAP packages. The built-in onboarding activities include personalized onboarding support from a dedicated SAP advisor. The advisor can help you navigate your implementation roadmap and provide education on the overall process, RISE with SAP methodology, Clean Core strategy, and initial setup of tools and services. Through an initial personalized one-on-one call and a series of recorded enablement content, the advisor can help you set yourself up for success.
