Co-founder Gary Keller will also discuss the state of the housing market at the first major Keller Williams event since being appointed as new CEO.
Key Points:
- Mega Agent Camp brings together nearly 4,000 participants looking to improve their skills and thrives in the sluggish real estate market.
- The credibility of AI and social media is a major topic in San Antonio, with plenty of educational material on both.
- The annual event is as KW settles down after a busy spring, including the addition of private equity partners and new CEOs.
Following Keller Williams' transformational year, one of its signature events will focus on equally transformative technologies that take over the real estate industry's artificial intelligence.
Set in San Antonio August 11-14, Mega Agent Camp 2025 focuses on helping top performers continue to improve, and AI is full of opportunities for them, said Industrial Director Jason Abrams.
Keller Williams will develop his own AI playbook, bringing in some of Google's Gemini architects, providing insight into what AI can do.
AI can “give an incredible horsepower” to agents
It wasn't long, but AI is already the basis for the success of agents.
“Think about AI like the tandem bike you're in the seat in front of you. Decide where you're heading, when to brake, how fast you're going,” Abrams told Real Estate News. “The AI is sitting in the tandem seat behind you. Just give you an incredible horsepower to get there.”
Many already embrace the efficiency aspect of AI by completing documents more quickly. But another topic Abrams said isn't talking about many people – what is known as lead generation.
“Now you need to know and trust your database, your community, your search engine, your generation AI. So, how exactly do you do it?
As AI's impact grows, what is known is only part of the equation. It is also a topic of intense play at events.
“The challenge today is something everyone hears and sees on screen before they meet you,” Abrams said. “So, how do you marry these digital and physical worlds in ways that make them more human to databases?”
KW's Mega Agent Camp also offers traditional agents-oriented features such as marketing, leadership and community return classes.
Adjusting how KW changes
Over 3,900 participants will also receive a large dose of co-founder Gary Keller. GaryKeller places emphasis on the real estate economic situation and the discussion of AI.
Abrams said he has been obsessed with KW's coaching, writing and “literally living within the education sector” since he acquired Stone Point Capital as a strategic investor and hired Chris Czarnicki as CEO in March.
“Wow, it feels like the 1980s,” Abrams said.
As for the new private equity partner and CEO, Abrams said the biggest change he has seen over the past five months has been improving the operational backend of his business, allowing the rest of KW to focus on his original vision.
“We are a people's development company that wants to build a life worth living and a business worth owning,” Abrams said. “That hasn't changed.”
