Are people afraid of losing their jobs?

Only 33% of respondents said long-term job security is a concern when it comes to AI.

That doesn’t mean everyone will feel equally comfortable.

The report found that 81% of recruiters believe they can identify when AI has been used on a resume or cover letter. But nearly one in five people remain unsure.

As AI helps candidates create increasingly sophisticated job applications, recruiters are becoming more focused on qualities that cannot be easily imitated by technology.

The report emphasizes that judgment, decision-making, adaptability and real-world experience will become more important in interviews and assessments.
