AIQ, a joint venture between Adnoc and Group 42, focused on developing artificial intelligence-powered solutions for the energy industry, has joined the Nvidia Inception program.
AIQ announced Thursday that joining the program will give it access to Nvidia’s latest AI technology and expertise, as well as technical training from the Nvidia Deep Learning Institute.
AIQ will also use the latest Nvidia hardware and software as part of its AI application development strategy, the company said.
Nvidia Inception is a free program that helps startups evolve faster through access to technology. We also provide expert technical guidance and support. The number of members is 14,000.
AIQ CEO Omar Al Marzouki said joining Nvidia Inception will allow the company to further optimize its AI solutions.

Founded in 2020, AIQ is working on critical AI projects in oil and gas with a focus on drilling performance, reservoir modeling, corrosion detection and product quality.

The company also provides a platform to enhance the safety of oil and gas sites where fire and explosion risks are increasing.
AIQ expects a “double-digit” increase in demand for AI products in the UAE over the next few years, said the company’s chief technology officer Saravan Penubarti. The National in an interview.
