Artificial intelligence (AI) is the new buzzword in town. The power of technology has come to the forefront in recent days as surreal images and videos of humans created using AI tools have taken the internet by storm.
One such AI-generated video caught the attention of businessman Anand Mahindra. On Monday, Mahindra and Mahindra’s chairman shared a clip on her Twitter showcasing the girl’s different stages of aging, from age 5 to her 95.
“I just received this post of a series of artificial intelligence-generated portraits showing a girl aging from 5 to 95. Don’t be so scared…and human…” he tweeted.
Twitter users were also impressed by the video, sharing mixed reactions and some expressing concerns about the future of AI.
“It’s beautifully awe-inspiring and a reminder not to get too carried away and lose your grip on reality,” one user wrote.
“It’s outrageous and I fear it will take away human intelligence and craftsmanship. The world will be at stake for Jobs,” another user added.
