Alibtrip, the business travel arm of Alibaba's online travel agency Fliggy, has announced artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for business travel.
This initiative offers two modules: Personalized planning employee travel agents and corporate management agents to ensure streamlining and compliance with backend processes.
Alibtrip said it is working with 1 million growing companies and has more than 20 million corporate employees using the platform to book corporate travel.

“Alibtrip's solutions aim to transform AI capabilities into tangible benefits, and aim to reduce both visible and hidden costs while increasing the value of our clients,” said Zhuoran Zhuang, Vice President of Alibaba Group and CEO of Fliggy.
The company also said that the AI solution is driven by multiple agents and uses model context protocols in real time.
The technology uses a real-time pricing database for flights, accommodation and transformation. You can also customize the dataset to suit the corporate client's policies and employee preferences.
The system provides travel assistance to travelers on the go and provides automated reminders and recommendations integrated into travel itineraries in line with travel policies.
