Xnrgy boosts production of AI chillers

US: Xnrgy, the manufacturer of heat management and liquid cooling systems, plans to build the latest 330,000 feet2 The Mesa, Arizona facility is dedicated to producing the next generation of air-cooled chillers.

The expansion marks Xnrgy's fourth important growth initiative in just three years, bringing the current total operational footprint to almost 1,000,000 feet2.

The new factory, which utilizes Xnrgy's existing MESA facility for manufacturing, will incorporate several dedicated assembly lines to ensure optimal production times and meet the demands of the rapidly expanding market.

Xnrgy says it implements cutting-edge production systems and digital tracking throughout its manufacturing process, taking inspiration from the strict quality control and efficiency standards of the automotive industry.

A key feature of the new facility is the $10 million environmental testing lab.

“This cutting-edge facility is a critical step to maximize the potential of advanced chiller technology and ensure availability to meet market demand,” said CTO Philip Kennedy.

Xnrgy will celebrate this rapid and sustainable expansion with a ribbon cutting ceremony at the MESA 1 location on October 23rd. The company expects annual production capacity of 3,000 advanced air-cooled chillers.

The new chiller integrates Xnrgy's proprietary controls and artificial intelligence with Copeland technology.
