Global law firm White & Case LLP has awarded special purpose acquisition firm BYTE Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: BYTS) a definitive agreement on the business combination with robust AI-driven edge video firm Airship AI Holdings, Inc. provided advice on the conclusion of Offers a sensor and data management platform for government agencies and enterprises with a pre-money equity value of US$225 million, making Airship AI a public company. Following the closing of the transaction, the combined company will be listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol AISP.
Airship AI’s products collect unstructured data from surveillance cameras and sensors, apply artificial intelligence analytics, and provide visualization tools to improve decision-making in mission-critical environments. The company aims to improve public safety and operational efficiency for public sector and private customers by providing predictive analytics and providing meaningful intelligence to decision makers before an event occurs.
