Chieng aired an AI clip shared by the president last weekend. It wears House leader Hakeem Jeffries (DN.Y.) with a mustache and Sombrero is worn as Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer (DN.Y.).
“Did I just see? Is Trump teasing black men because he's Mexican? Being racist is almost too confused. It's like putting a headdress on a twin tower,” Chien said.
“I don't even know what you're trying to say! I don't have the racist mathematics skills to solve this equation. I didn't expect to say this.
Chieng – called for “serious and calm” Trump to find a “compromise” with the Democrats to end the government shutdown.
He then turned to the reaction from Trump. Trump shared an AI version of the MSNBC clip. This again features Jeffries depicting a mustache and a sombrero.
“Godham, this doesn't make any more sense, but is it even more interesting? What's a bit of it here? Kien asked.
