New Delhi (Vishvas News). The Janmashtami festival was celebrated with enthusiasm nationwide on August 16th. Meanwhile, a video was celebrated showing a monkey eating with human-like discipline going viral with claims that the clip was from Varanasi during the Janmashtami Festival.
In its research, Vishvas News discovered that viral videos are generated by AI rather than real.
What is there in the Viral Post?
Facebook user Hello Sabalgarh shared a viral video on August 18, 2025, showing that he was eating in a human-like, disciplined way in front of police officers.

To verify the virus claims, we carefully analyzed the viral videos and noticed some irregularities. For example, the policeman's movements looked unnaturally robotic, and despite the appearance of the monkey eating it, the food on the plate remained untouched. These irregularities raised suspicions that the video was generated by AI.
To confirm, we uploaded a viral video through Hive Moderation, a tool for detecting AI-generated content. The results show a 99% chance that the video will be generated by AI.
Another AI detection tool, Cantilux, also showed an 80% chance that clips will be generated by AI.
We contacted Azhar Machwe, an AI expert on the video, and he confirmed it was being generated by AI.
We then scanned the page that shared the clip with false claims and found that the page had over 7,500 followers.
