Vantegrate, a Buenos Aires-based technology company that builds AI agents for medium and large organizations, today announced the launch of Trazzo, an AI-powered last-mile delivery management platform designed to help businesses optimize route planning, improve fleet visibility, enhance customer communications, and digitize proof of delivery.
According to the company, last-mile delivery accounts for up to 53% of total delivery costs, making it the most visible part of the supply chain. Despite its importance, many organizations still use spreadsheets to plan routes, track vehicles by phone, and confirm deliveries with paper documents that can be lost. Trazzo brings these processes together in a single platform that combines AI route optimization, real-time delivery tracking, customer communications, and digital proof of delivery.
“Trazzo addresses one of the most expensive and operationally complex steps in the supply chain,” said Vantegrate co-founder Juan Manuel Garrido. “Last-mile delivery is what makes or breaks a company’s customers, and most companies still deliver on spreadsheets, phones, and lost pieces of paper. At Trazzo, we put the entire operation on one platform, from the moment an order is placed to the sign at the door. So teams can deliver more with less, and customers ultimately know when their order will arrive.”

Trazzo includes four connected components that support dispatchers, drivers, operations teams, and customers throughout the delivery process.
The AI optimization engine builds delivery routes in minutes instead of hours, taking into account delivery windows, vehicle capacity, traffic conditions, and driver skills. Using machine learning, the platform continuously improves the accuracy of ETAs with each completed delivery.
The driver’s mobile app provides turn-by-turn navigation, item scanning, and digital proof of delivery (POD) that includes a photo, signature, GPS location, and timestamp. The application continues to work offline, allowing drivers to obtain proof of delivery even in areas without network coverage.
A real-time control tower provides dispatchers with complete vehicle visibility by displaying all vehicles, drivers, and dispatchers in real time. Live ETA and proactive alerts help your team identify potentially delayed deliveries and take action before service is impacted.
Trazzo also includes customer tools that automatically send proactive notifications and live tracking links, allowing buyers to know exactly when their order will arrive and reschedule delivery without making a phone call.
The platform integrates with leading ERP, e-commerce, warehouse management systems (WMS), telematics, and payment systems through a REST API with webhooks. Trazzo is designed for operations across the United States and Latin America and includes native Spanish language support, local integration, local currency pricing, and local support.
Typically, organizations can deploy Trazzo in four to six weeks through a phased rollout that runs parallel to current operations. The company says the platform has reduced mileage by 15-20%, reduced route planning from hours to minutes, reduced missed deliveries and customer follow-up calls, and increased the number of completed deliveries per vehicle.
“Trazzo was built with consideration to how logistics actually works in our region,” said Francisco Morales, co-founder of Vantegrate. “AI plans routes, control towers show real-time views of what’s happening on the road, and driver apps capture evidence of deliveries even when there’s no stoplight. All done in Spanish and with local integration and local support, teams can deploy without requiring a year-long transformation.”
Trazzo is the latest addition to Vantegrate’s growing suite of operational AI products that supports the company’s mission to apply artificial intelligence to real business challenges to eliminate operational bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable results.
