Spiritual leader Swamianildhacharya fired fire after the video went viral about her making dimoral comments about the 25-year-old woman in a religious event at the Gaurigopal Ashram.

In response, Swami Aniruddhacharya issued an apology for the video, claiming that the clips were edited and in some cases AI was manipulated. Nevertheless, protests and demands for accountability continue.

As the backlash intensified, Aniruddhacharya issued a video apology through his official Instagram account. “I apologize if my imperfect words hurt someone… my comments were directed at some individuals, not at society as a whole.” He also argued that virus clips could be edited and manipulated using AI. “Today, it's the Ai era. Anyone can present my words that like my words, and the world will think that's true,” he said.
