The aspects of life, war, or peace do not escape.
Deep AI analysis of situational data holds this promise of peacekeeping.
Super accuraate real-time logistics.
Ultra-accurate real-time sentiment analysis.
Ultra-high warning system.
However, armed conflicts also pose these challenges.
Super-accessible for ultra-new chemical and biological weapons and malignant actors.
And very ramp-prolonged distortion and false information.
And of course, this is something that is at risk due to our shared security.
The risk of miscalculation.
The risk of unintended escalation.
And the arrival of chatbots powered by artificial intelligence will stir up competition.
The risk of deeper instability is immeasurable.
And this is why I am so welcomed by the Secretary-General's report on military AI.
This is an opportunity for collective understanding.
To build new safeguards and guardrails.
Reaffirms international law as a foundation for responsible use.
Of course, we all know that the use of artificial intelligence is growing exponentially, offering both extraordinary promises and intense challenges.
This is not as clear as the climate.
According to current trends, artificial intelligence can add a new Japan equivalent to global electricity consumption.
But it also promises to instantly tweak to completely change efficiency, strengthen our green transitions, meet demand and eliminate amazing levels of waste.
This is the power of AI.
We are beyond the deepest technology frontiers of humanity.
Our lives, our world, our politics are about to be flooded with extremely powerful AI.
There is only one way to go in the future.
Resilience.
