Accenture has acquired the UK-based AI Native Services and Products Business School to help clients reinvent their core and critical business processes with AI.
Founded in 2014, the Faculty works with public and private sector clients to deploy AI solutions in the UK and other key markets. Its services include AI strategy, AI safety, and the design, construction, and implementation of high-performance AI systems. The business also helps clients deploy AI at scale and securely.
Faculty work with clients to build AI systems that are safe and ethical by design, and ensure that AI safety is built into every stage of the development lifecycle, addressing risks such as bias, privacy, and unaccountable outcomes.
The Faculty's 400-strong team will be combined with Accenture, and in addition to his role as CEO of the Faculty, Mark Warner will become Accenture's Chief Technology Officer and join the company's Global Executive Committee.

As part of the acquisition integration, faculty frontierthe department's enterprise decision intelligence products, will join Accenture's product suite. Accenture and the faculty have been working together since December 2023, when Accenture was confirmed as the preferred implementation partner for the Faculty Frontier.
