Chips' major suppliers to Apple Inc. and Nvidia Corp. rose to record stocks on Friday, up nearly 50% from their April lows. The company's market capitalization is currently comparable to Berkshire Hathaway's market capitalization, and could further benefit and bring value to the 10 largest companies in the world.

TSMC's stock surge reflects the growing confidence of investors as world's top chip makers get even more dominant with the AI boom. Last week, the company raised its full-year revenue growth forecast to around 30%. TSMC could benefit from a tighter competition in AI manufacturing capabilities.

“We believe that TSMC's tone for advanced node demand is even more positive as AI customers show no signs of slowing demand,” wrote an analyst including Bruce LU after TSMC's quarterly revenue. “We are planning to see a magnitude of price increases in 2026.”

The benefits of strong spending and wafer pricing by TSMC customers help reduce the strong impact of Taiwan dollars and add resilience to the company's total margin.
