Trustifi expands its security awareness training offerings with the launch of AI-powered security training video capabilities for managed service providers.
This feature allows providers to create training videos and simulations based on phishing emails received by their clients. Users can upload phishing messages, add screenshots, select viewers, set video length, and generate videos through wizards built into Trustifi’s web application.
This module is designed to help managed service providers tailor their security awareness materials to real-life incidents encountered by their staff. Providers can also apply their own branding or customer branding to the finished video.
Trustifi positions this capability as part of a broader push to unify employee education and threat protection in one system. The training video feature is in the same web application as other email security and awareness tools, so administrators don’t have to switch between different products.
training focus
Updated security awareness training includes over 60 materials, including videos, quizzes, and awareness content. Topics include phishing, business email compromise, ransomware, multi-factor authentication, deepfakes, and more.
In addition to phishing-related content, this product covers broader areas such as social engineering and data privacy practices. Administrators can also monitor which departments are more likely to click on suspicious messages and assign follow-up training accordingly.
The launch reflects a broader effort across the cybersecurity market to make user training more specific to the threats businesses face. Rather than relying solely on general awareness videos, vendors are increasingly building learning materials based on real incidents and attack patterns seen within organizations.
For managed service providers, this approach can also make it easier to conduct security training for multiple customers. Providers can extend access to the video creation wizard to client administrators, allowing them to create videos on demand.
AI and email threats
Email remains a central vector for cyberattacks, especially as artificial intelligence tools make it easier to generate fraudulent messages at scale. This trend has led security suppliers to add automation to both threat detection and employee training.
Trustifi Chief Technology Officer Maor Dahan directly linked the launch of this attack to changes in attacker behavior.
“Threakers are now leveraging AI to generate highly believable, targeted emails at scale,” Dahan said.
He said the product will allow providers to use the same technology for training and simulation.
“Our AI-driven SAT flow allows MSPs to fight AI with AI by turning real-world attacks into simulations and user training with one click. This allows MSPs to clearly differentiate their services, strengthen customer relationships, and continuously reduce risk across their customer base,” said Dahan.
Integrated dashboard
This module is integrated into a single dashboard that covers both security management and employee training. Trustifi proposes this as a way to simplify administration for service providers and in-house IT teams who want to manage awareness activities alongside email protection.
The company offers products for managed service providers and IT departments, with a focus on inbound and outbound email security. Its broad portfolio addresses phishing, ransomware, business email compromise, and data loss.
The latest additions demonstrate how cybersecurity vendors are making awareness training more practical and measurable. Rather than treating awareness as another annual exercise, providers are turning incident data into regular training material by tying lessons to messages users have already seen.
Administrators can identify the departments most vulnerable to attack and automatically assign follow-up training to the individuals most in need.
