“Spear tip”: The Trump administration is announcing the launch of a new tool that says federal agencies can efficiently implement artificial intelligence on a scale and take a major step towards rolling out the president's “AI Action Plan.”
“Smartier”: One of the most prominent figures in the artificial intelligence world, Jeffrey Hinton is alarming that machines can quickly outperform humans, and he advocates that “maternal instinct” be incorporated into sophisticated systems to ensure that AI cares and protects people.
