When the whole world is busy discussing the serious impact of AI (AI) on work, privacy, security, and our overall life, Indians are taking a much lighter approach. They are busy using such advanced technology for fun. Yes, that's right! From rethinking iconic characters like Harry Potter as Indians to changing the transformer's spotlight, AI-generated content is becoming a playful and creative trend.
The current Viral Instagram video uses AI to blend two elements: Indian street food and trance. The creators have transformed popular Indian street food into heroic Autobots and evil Decepticons from the transformer world.
Indian street food turns into a fan-like voice transformer
The video begins with Dahibara's plate suddenly transforming into a trance called “barabolt.” Secondly, Koh Bacheu, India's greatest street food of all time, becomes a powerful choletron. The text in the video overlay reads “Chultron has risen.”
Meanwhile, the text above the clip follows a crying face emoji saying, “AI will take over the world! Meanwhile, Indians are using AI.”
And the content of such food stall meals would never be complete without Momo's mention. Momo has become sensitive to India from north to south and east to west. As the clip progresses, the Peach's plate changes to the scary “Momonator.” And finally, the indisputable king of Indian snacks came in. This video featured the samosa as “samosa prime.” This is a playful nod to Trans Optimus Prime. Autobots were introduced as “Kitchen Guardians.”
The creator shared the video with the caption “Pick your favorite trance,” followed by a laughing face emoji.
The Internet reacts hilariously to street food-based trances
The video quickly hit the chords on the internet, but many found it hilarious and others loved the creative ideas behind such transformation. One user said, “It's so cool.”
Another added: “Choretron definitely sounds like a villain.” Someone else wrote, “Best Use of AI.”
Another user joked, “It appears that the mumonator had serious food poisoning,” someone else said, “connecting mumonator with the barabold.”
Meanwhile, another section of online users continued to ask where other popular street foods such as Golgappa, Pavvaji and Belpuri are.
It has earned over 1.7 million views since the clip was posted.
For reference, Transformers is a sci-fi movie series based on the Hasbro toy line. It featured a giant robot that could change its shape, often transforming into cars and other machines.
