As generative AI rapidly spreads across the video production industry, new concerns are also emerging. During the process of repeatedly changing prompts and resetting parameters, credits are depleted more quickly than expected. As AI video production becomes more common, reducing unnecessary playback, rather than just lowering production costs, is becoming a key competitive advantage in this space.
Morphic, an AI-based visual storytelling platform, announced on the 26th that customers using its Workflow feature have reduced unnecessary image and video regeneration by 49%.
According to the 2025 Digital Video Advertising Report by the IAB, a U.S. digital advertising standards organization, 86% of ad buyers are using or planning to use generative AI in video ad production. As a result, credit management and production efficiency have emerged as new challenges in the video creation process.

Minimize wasted credits by reducing repetitive tasks
Video AI platforms often repeatedly set resolution, video length, and model parameters that introduce errors or fail to produce desired results, leading to frequent re-creations. If settings are changed during production, it is not uncommon for all subsequent work to be redone, so in the fields of advertising and content production, it has been pointed out that the credits consumed in retry processing actually exceed the credits used.
Mopic’s workflow features are designed to pre-save frequently used production settings and automatically continue the same tasks. By automating multiple production steps, this method reduces errors that occur during the iterative parameter entry process and minimizes unnecessary regeneration.
According to an internal survey conducted by the company with customers around the world, including South Korea, after introducing Workflow, the regeneration of unnecessary images and videos decreased by an average of 49%.
Workflows are used not only for individual work but also for team-based collaboration. Advertising agencies and content production companies can save their clients’ unique production processes as workflows, allowing them to maintain consistent quality and settings even when personnel change. The company explained that it has been well received in the domestic advertising and content production field from the perspective of standardizing production.
In addition, Mopic offers the ability to select relatively inexpensive AI models depending on the purpose of use, the ability to adjust resolution and video length, and operates a policy of refunding credits if video generation fails.
“In the age of video AI, the cost of credits is less important than how efficiently credits are used,” said JD Kanani, CEO of Mopic, adding, “Workflows are designed to reduce wasted credits due to mistakes and repetitive tasks, and the goal is to provide an environment where creators can focus on creating the final product.”
Meanwhile, Mopic is participating as an official sponsor of the “2026 World AI Film Festival (WAIFF)” held in Cannes, France, and WAIFF Japan, and is expanding its AI content production examples by utilizing its platform to introduce the historical short drama “Moonlight Veil” and a cyberpunk animation project produced entirely by AI.
